For a Ceremony as Unique & Special as You Are
Cork Celebrant & Solemniser Sharon Quigley from Australia will help you discover your own ceremony style!
Hi Sharon,

Aoife & Jimmy
Ballyvolane House, Co.Cork
I’m glad you are here, you have found the right place.
Take plenty of time to browse at your own pace …
Are You Getting Married In Ireland ?
Congratulations! Would you like a unique & meaningful ceremony created especially to suit your own style and wishes? Would you like a beautiful ceremony your guests will be talking about for years to come for all the right reasons?
Would you like an expert with a lifetime of experience in the Art of Ceremony & Celebration, who will listen to your requirements and create a ceremony which suits your vision perfectly?
No matter if you’d like your ceremony to be short & simple, but meaningful and without all the fuss – or that fairytale ceremony filled with all the enchantment and magic of a Hollywood movie.
With over 30 years experience in the art of ceremony, both in my homeland Australia and here in Ireland (since 2012), I will work with you to create the ceremony of your dreams, whatever that means for you.
What About the Legal Parts ?
As a HSE Registered Solemniser of Marriages I am duly authorised to create & conduct legal marriage ceremonies. Which means with me as your expert Celebrant, your wedding ceremony can also be a real legal marriage if that’s what you want.
Does a Legal Marriage
Cost Extra?
The Marriage Act of Ireland forbids me to charge a fee to Solemnise a marriage, which means if you would like your unique & personalised wedding ceremony to be a real legal marriage – there will be no additional cost for the legal parts. A legal marriage ceremony is the same price as a non-legal wedding ceremony.
Are You a Humanist Celebrant?
No, I am not a Humanist Celebrant. I am from Australia, the founding home of the Civil Celebrancy movement worldwide. Humanist Ceremonies are based on the Australian Civil Ceremony which I have known for over 30 years.
It’s therefore no surprise why my Australian Civil Ceremony style can be easily mistaken for a Humanist Ceremony. The added bonus with me as your Celebrant is that I am free to create a unique ceremony to suit your own style.
This means if you would like a Spiritual ceremony, you are free to include Spiritual and/or Religious wording, music and ideas to suit your own beliefs and wishes, I can design a Spiritual ceremony for you if that’s what you would like!

What Style of Ceremony
Can We Have?
I will help you discover your own ceremony style based on your own beliefs and wishes to create a beautiful ceremony just perfect for you.
Choose from the following styles as a starting point for ideas:
- Non-religious Humanist style ceremony
- Spiritual ceremony
- Spiritual with a Religious feel
- Miixed faith ceremony
- Mention God if you wish
With my unique collaborative design metholodology, I encourage you to discover & develop your own ceremony style which uniquely reflects your character and personality, and perfectly meets your goals and vision.
My goal is to make you feel like you have designed your own ceremony. As your creative Celebrant and ceremony designer, I appoint you as the Design Director !
Which means you get to approve every part of your ceremony, approving every word. With my expert advice – you make all the rules!
I invite you to browse my website, let me know if you have any questions at all. No matter what style of ceremony you need, I would be honoured to work with you.
